These terms govern your use of the AI answering and booking services provided by Rutspin Ltd ("Rutspin", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these terms.

Your subscription

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, from £297/month.
• There is no setup fee.
• You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. There are no long contracts.
• Most businesses are live within 48 hours of signing up.

Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate business information so we can set up your AI.
• You are responsible for the bookings and enquiries you accept.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to your business.

Our responsibilities

• We set up, run and maintain your Rutspin system.
• We aim to keep your AI available 24/7, subject to maintenance.
• We'll fix issues promptly — and you'll talk to the person who built it.

Limitation of liability

Rutspin provides its services on a best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of business, revenue or profits arising from your use of the services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about any material changes. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
